First Step

Congratulations!  You have taken the first step already by at least clicking on this link.  It can be an intimidating experience going to a martial arts dojo for the first time.  It will not be the case coming here!  If you have already done martial arts elsewhere, be prepared for a different experience.

Which martial art

If you do not have experience with these martial arts, it is difficult to describe in words all of the range of matters which might influence your choice on which martial art is for you.  It is probably best to come along and try it.  See what suits you and what you prefer to do.

We offer a range of programs, contact Debbie to discuss your requirements - click here for contact details.

Where to go

See the location guide for where we train.

There is ample free parking available.

Juniors

There is a special programme for juniors.  It is not simply a "cut down" version of the programme for adults, but rather designed especially for juniors to develop skills suitable for their ages.

We do not offer "Junior Black belts".  If the concern is the colour of the belt, then there are many other schools that will cater for this.

Parents are welcome to watch classes.  Even more so, parents are encouraged to take it up themselves!  We have many families training with us.
